Bavaria Optimises Media Competency App Wo ist Goldi? for Windows
The media competency app Wo ist Goldi? by Wegesrand. and the Bavarian Digital Ministry has been optimised for Windows. Up until now, the app could only be used on Mobile devices. It is authorised for usage in schools and has won several serious game awards.
In the German Federal state of Bavaria, a specifically developed learning app for children called “Wo ist Goldi?” (Where is Goldi?) has been authorised for usage in schools since August 2023 (Article in German). The app was developed by Wegesrand. in association with the Digital Ministry of Bavaria and sensitises children from the age of eight to the safe use of digital media on the Internet. It has been honoured, among other things, with an award from the Serious Play Conference in 2022 (Article in German).
