[Kalypso Media](/company/kalypso-media-group) is reorganizing the distribution of its physical games in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The publisher from Worms and the Austrian company [Play Art](/company/artundplay-neue-medien) have signed a distribution agreement. The agreement covers all new Kalypso titles. The first releases under the agreement will be available in the fourth quarter. However, no specific game titles were mentioned.

Most recently, Kalypso Media relied on Plaion, one of the largest distribution partners in Europe and especially in German-speaking countries, for the distribution of its physical games. Kalypso itself did not comment on the previous partner. The company merely reaffirmed its commitment to being present in both digital and physical retail channels.

"With Play Art, we have an experienced distribution partner at our side who shares our vision and is very familiar with the needs of our target groups in retail."
