From January 1, 2025, for the first time, there will be no member of the founding and owner family in active management. "I have been part of this company since 1987 and managing director since 1993. A company that has been not only my workplace but also an essential part of my life. As the grandson of the founders, it has been an honor to carry on the family legacy with my father, my uncle Rudolph and many other great people, and to lead it through all the challenges and successes of the last decades. But everything has its time, and the moment has come to hand over the reins to the next generation," explained Christoph Thomas.
